Why are some tools locked?

Tools are visible for discovery, but access is gated by plan tier. Upgrade to unlock, then use credits to run.

Do credits reset every month?

Yes for subscribers (mocked in Phase 1). Your wallet will reset on your billing cycle in Phase 2.

Can I top up credits without a subscription?

Yes in the final model. Top-ups are displayed now but disabled until Phase 2 billing integration.

Why is download/export disabled?

This Phase 1 build is UI-only. Exports and downloads will be enabled when backend storage and billing are connected.
